FACING THE CHALLENGE OF MYCOTOXINS – TRUJILLO

As a closing of the talk “Facing the challenge of Mycotoxins”, the presentations were held on November 3 in Trujillo:

Presence of mycotoxins at a national and global level, exposed by MV Hernán Gutierrez, Technical Manager of poultry at Invetsa.

Handling of grains in a balanced food plant by Ing. Alexis Chavez, Nutrition Advisor.

Strategies to face the challenge of mycotoxins in the field by MV Elmer Dávila, Poultry Technical Advisor of Invetsa.

The presentations were held at the Casa Andina hotel in Trujillo, where the guests received a masterful training and, finally, the closing cocktail. Invetsa seeks to provide constant training and thus brings valuable information to the poultry sector throughout the country.
