INVETSA AND DIRECTORS OF GRUPO SAN FERNANDO PARTICIPATED IN AN IMPORTANT MOTIVATIONAL TALK
Strengthening good institutional practices and continuing with the relationship actions with its clients, Invetsa held a motivational talk for the directors of the San Fernando Group called “In search of balance: work, family and person”.
The presentation was held on November 16 at the Hotel Los Delfines and presented by Carlos Páez, a well-known character who participated in the tragedy of Los Andes, in which he survived 72 days at 4,200 meters, after the plane crash.
The speech aimed to improve leadership, attitude, decision-making and frustration tolerance. All this through a very particular story, which had a lot of motivation and inspiration, and which left a great message in the soul of the participants.
