In addition to guaranteeing safety and security both in our processes as well as in their products (HACCP and BPM). It should be noted that due to the ultra and nanofiltration processes, they eliminate a large part of the salts (ash-sodium), increasing the percentage of protein, and therefore improving the amino acid profile.
