Single-shaft mixer

The Ottevanger single-shaft paddle mixer is equipped with pneumatic discharge gates along the entire length of the mixing chamber. This decreases the discharge time by approximately 15 seconds. The mixer can operate fully automatically with a capacity of up to 20 batches per hour. Mixing accuracy 1:100,000/ C.V. 3-7%, short mixing time of approximately 120 seconds, discharge time of 15-20 seconds, robust and reliable construction, low energy consumption, hygienic design, quick replacement of adjustable paddles.
