TALK MYCOTOXINS AND THEIR EFFECTS ON BIRDS – CHINCHA, FRIDAY 24
On Thursday the 24th, an important presentation was held at the Casa Andina hotel in Chincha, in which the talk dealt with the issues of Mycotoxins and their effects on birds and their impact on
production, as well as the prevention measures that could be carried out, important in the Peruvian industry, by MV Hernán Gutiérrez and Ing. Alexis Chávez.
Ing. Alexis Chávez dealt with the issue of corn grain quality, storage techniques and sampling for the correct handling and preparation of inputs in the food plant.
Both experts dealt with important points of this problem presented in several cases in the area, and the methods to combat them, improving the productivity and performance of the birds.
