• YERALBUM P UF16 is a plasma obtained from porcine blood collected under sanitary standards from SENASA approved slaughterhouses.
• It goes through a process of Ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration; and finally it is subjected to a process of dehydration by Spray Dryer, which guarantees the quality of the protein in terms of its composition, functionality, solubility and digestibility.
