TIPS FOR GOOD LISVESTOCK BREEDING

Tips for good cattle breeding

Currently, it is essential that each cattle raising process is carried out professionally to ensure the welfare and protection of each cow. Due to this, the participation of veterinary doctors specialized in livestock is essential. In addition, it is important to have the necessary vitamin complexes to resolve and prevent all kinds of diseases that may affect animal production. Veterinary doctors must review each of the medications and supplements so that they are used properly throughout the process of caring for cows.

An important factor that must be considered is the level of stress that the cattle may have, this could be caused by factors such as the high temperatures where they are found, the lack of adequate food or the lack of ample spaces. In many cases, these aspects could harm the production performance of dairy and fattening cows since their immune system would not develop in optimal conditions.

Likewise, an antiparasitic application must be carried out periodically during the raising of bovines. For this process, a syringe with a cannula must be used where a dose is introduced depending on the degree of infection that the cow has suffered. Depending on the medicine that the farmer and/or the veterinarian decided to use, considering the age of the animal, the parasites can be controlled with one or more applications.

At Invetsa, we not only have everything necessary to assist in this process, but we are also prepared to provide a wide range of pharmaceutical and nutritional products that complement good breeding in cattle throughout Peru. Thus, improving the health and quality of life of its cow’s day by day, and optimizing production to the maximum of its capacity.
